GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI

İşbu Gizlilik Politikası ile kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi hakkında aydınlatılmış olduğunuzu ve kişisel verilerinizin burada belirtilen şekilde kullanılmasına onay verdiğinizi kabul etmektesiniz. İşbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda, Reo-tek Yazılım Tasarım Ar-ge Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Reo-tek”) tarafından işletilmekte olan Kıbrıs Barbarlık Müzesi Sesli Rehber Mobil uygulama (“Uygulama”) işletilmesi sırasında Mobil uygulama kullanıcıları/ziyaretçileri (“Veri Sahibi”) tarafından Reo-tek ile paylaşılan veya Reo-tek’in, Veri Sahibi’nin Uygulama’nın kullanımı sırasında ürettiği kişisel verilerin kullanımına ilişkin koşul ve şartlara yer verilmiştir.

1. Hangi Verilerinizi İşliyoruz?

Hizmetimizi geliştirmek için, Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınızla ilgili olarak otomatik olarak üretilen bilgileri toplar ve işleriz. Toplanan bilgiler, ip adresinizi ve / veya benzersiz cihaz kimliğinizi içerir.

Bu, aynı zamanda, Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza ilişkin otomatik olarak oluşturulmuş bilgilerle ilgili olarak gerçekleşir. Bu tür bilgiler, Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını daha iyi anlamamıza ve bir kullanıcı olarak ihtiyacınıza uygun hizmet üretmemize yardımcı olur.

Uygulama sahibine, uygulamanın kullanımı hakkında bilgi vermek için aşağıdaki (bilinmeyen) bilgileri de topluyoruz:

• Uygulamayı açtığınız an,

• Uygulamanın içinde açtığınız ekranlar ve bu ekranlarda harcadığınız süre,

• Uygulamadan ayrıldığınız an.

Bu bilgiler, Hizmet aracılığıyla kamuya açıklanmayacaktır.

2. Verilerinizin Kullanım Amacı Nedir?

Taraflar Kişisel Verileri aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlemektedir:

Hizmeti kullanabilmenizi sağlamak için,
Hizmetin iyileştirilmesi ve/veya özelleştirilmesi için,
Destek sağlamak için,
Kişisel Verilerinizi, bizden bunu talep ettiğiniz takdirde veya yasal olarak yükümlü olduğumuz durumlarda, üçüncü şahıslara iletmek.

3. Verilerinize Kimler Erişebilmektedir?

Reo-tek, kullanıcı deneyiminizin geliştirilmesi (iyileştirme ve kişiselleştirme dâhil), güvenliğinizin temin edilmesi, hileli ya da izinsiz kullanımların tespit edilmesi, operasyonel değerlendirme araştırılması, Uygulama hizmetlerine ilişkin hataların giderilmesi ve işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda yer alan amaçlardan herhangi birisini gerçekleştirebilmek için dış kaynak hizmet sağlayıcıları, barındırma hizmet sağlayıcıları (hosting servisleri), hukuk büroları gibi üçüncü kişiler ile paylaşabilecektir.

Veri Sahibi olarak, yukarıda belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı olmak kaydı ile bahsi geçen üçüncü tarafların kişisel verilerinizi dünyanın her yerindeki sunucularında saklayabileceğini, bu hususa peşinen muvafakat ettiğinizi kabul edersiniz.

Reo-tek ayrıca, Kanunu’nun 5 ve 8. maddeleri uyarınca ve/veya ilgili mevzuattaki istisnaların varlığı halinde kişisel verileri Veri Sahibi olarak sizlerin ayrıca rızasını almaksızın işleyebilecek ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşabilecektir. Bu durumların başlıcaları aşağıda belirtilmiştir:

•Kanunlarda açıkça öngörülmesi,

•Fiili imkânsızlık nedeniyle rızasını açıklayamayacak durumda bulunan veya rızasına hukuki geçerlilik tanınmayan kişinin kendisinin ya da bir başkasının hayatı veya beden bütünlüğünün korunması için zorunlu olması,

•Veri Sahibi ile Reo-tek arasında herhangi bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması,

•Reo-tek’in hukuki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması,

•Veri Sahibi’nin kendisi tarafından alenileştirilmiş olması,

•Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması,

•Veri Sahibi’nin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, Reo-tek’in meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması.

4. Verilerinizi Ne Kadar Süreyle Saklıyoruz?

Reo-tek ile paylaşmış olduğunuz kişisel verileriniz işbu Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında belirtilen amaçların gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve Reo-tek’in ilgili mevzuatta belirtilen zamanaşımı süreleri boyunca saklanmaktadır. Ayrıca, söz konusu kişisel verileriniz Reo-tek ile aranızda doğabilecek herhangi bir uyuşmazlık durumunda, uyuşmazlık kapsamında gerekli savunmaların gerçekleştirilebilmesi amacıyla sınırlı olmak üzere saklanabilecektir.

5. Verilerinizin Güvenliğini Nasıl Sağlıyoruz?

Reo-tek, ilgili mevzuatta belirlenen veya işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda ifade edilen şartlarda,

•kişisel verilerin hukuka aykırı olarak işlenmemesini,

•kişisel verilere hukuka aykırı olarak erişilmemesini ve

•kişisel verilerin muhafazasını

sağlamak amacıyla uygun şartlar maliyetler gözetilerek/ asgari güvenlik düzeyini temin etmeye yönelik gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri almayı, gerekli denetimleri yaptırmaktadır.

Reo-tek ayrıca, sizden elde ettiği kişisel verileri işbu Gizlilik Politikası ve Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu hükümlerine aykırı olarak başkasına açıklamamakta ve işleme amacı dışında kullanmamaktadır.

Site üzerinden başka uygulamalara link verilmesi halinde, Kıbrıs Barbarlık Müzesi Sesli Rehber uygulaması, uygulamaların gizlilik politikaları ve içeriklerine yönelik herhangi bir sorumluluk taşımamaktadır ve bu metinleri incelemenizi önermektedir.

6. Bu Gizlilik Bildiriminde Yapılan Değişiklikler

İşbu Gizlilik Politikası değişen şartlara ve mevzuata uyum sağlamak amacıyla zaman zaman güncellenebilecektir.

With this Privacy Policy, you accept that you have been informed about the processing of your personal data and that you consent to the use of your personal data as specified here. In this Privacy Policy, during the operation of the Cyprus Barbarism Museum Audio Guide Mobile application (“Application") operated by Reo-tek Software Design R&D Trade Limited Company (“Reo-tek"), Mobile application users/visitors (“Data Owner") shall cooperate with Reo-tek. The terms and conditions regarding the use of personal data shared or generated by Reo-tek, the Data Owner during the use of the Application are included.

1. Which Data of Yours Do We Process?

To improve our Service, we collect and process automatically generated information about how you use the Application. The information collected includes your ip address and/or unique device ID.

This also happens with automatically generated information about how you use the Application. Such information helps us to better understand how the Application is used and to provide services tailored to your needs as a user.

We also collect the following (unknown) information to inform the app owner about the use of the app:

• The moment you open the application,

• The screens you open in the application and the time you spend on these screens,

• The moment you leave the application.

This information will not be made public through the Service.

2. What is the Purpose of Use of Your Data?

Parties process Personal Data for the following purposes:

To enable you to use the Service,

For the improvement and/or customization of the service,

To provide support,

To transmit your Personal Data to third parties if you request it from us or where we are legally obliged to do so.

3. Who Can Access Your Data?

Reo-tek provides outsourcing to improve your user experience (including improvement and personalization), to ensure your security, to detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, to investigate operational evaluation, to fix errors related to Application services and to fulfill any of the purposes in this Privacy Policy. service providers, hosting service providers (hosting services), law firms, such as third parties.

As the Data Owner, you agree in advance that the aforementioned third parties may store your personal data on their servers all over the world, limited to the above-mentioned purposes.

Reo-tek will also be able to process and share personal data with third parties without obtaining your separate consent, as the Data Owner, in accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the Law and/or in case of exceptions in the relevant legislation. The main of these situations are listed below:

• It is clearly stipulated in the laws,

• It is compulsory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or another person, who is unable to express his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally recognized,

• It is necessary to process personal data, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of any contract between the Data Owner and Reo-tek,

It is mandatory for Reo-tek to fulfill its legal obligations,

• It has been made public by the Data Owner himself,

• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

• Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of Reo-tek, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Owner.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Your personal data that you have shared with Reo-tek is stored for the period required by the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and during the statute of limitations specified in the relevant legislation of Reo-tek. In addition, your personal data in question may be stored in case of any dispute that may arise between you and Reo-tek, to a limited extent for the purpose of making the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute.

5. How Do We Ensure the Security of Your Data?

Reo-tek, under the conditions determined in the relevant legislation or expressed in this Privacy Policy,

• personal data is not processed unlawfully,

• to prevent unlawful access to personal data, and

• preservation of personal data

It takes the necessary technical and administrative measures and makes the necessary inspections to ensure the minimum level of security by considering the appropriate conditions and costs.

Reo-tek also does not disclose the personal data obtained from you to others in violation of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, and does not use it for purposes other than processing.

In case of linking to other applications on the site, Cyprus Barbarism Museum Audio Guide application does not bear any responsibility for the privacy policies and contents of the applications and recommends you to review these texts.

6. Changes to this Privacy Statement

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in order to comply with changing conditions and legislation.
